Refund Policy

At Painting on the Gogh, we work hard to plan each paint night and prepare supplies for every registered guest. Because of this, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a booking has been made.

• Cancellations: Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member for the same event.

• Rescheduling: If you contact us at least 3 days before your event, we may be able to move your reservation to a future paint night, subject to availability.

• Emergencies: We understand that true emergencies can happen. In the event of an emergency, please reach out to us directly, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

• Event Cancellations by Us: If we must cancel or reschedule an event, all registered guests will be given the option to transfer to another event or receive a full refund.
